Bob Salomon, do you also sell replacement parts for the Berlebach's? I have a beautiful black 4032 here that I love. The only minor problem has been the 3/8 screw on the ball head. I always wondered if I could get the 1/4-20 to replace it with so I wouldn't have to use a quick release with it. Like it's mentioned above, the ball head is plenty enough by itself.

Okay, obviously English is not their first language... After 15 minutes on the phone I got "no we don't do that". The first person I talked to seemed to not even believe that Berlebach was a real name... Thanks anyway... When I get around to it, I'll get in touch with berlebach in Germany and see if they'll send me the part.
Call them and ask for martin. You apparently got one of the repair technicians.
