    5x7 Delta 100 Group Buy

Anyone interested in a 5x7 Delta 100 group buy. The minimum order is 16 boxes, I am assuming 100 sheet boxes like last time. I am good for 2 boxes.

Might have been around $160 but I would expect it to higher than that, 100 sheets of FP4 would be about $190 at the moment. If there is enough interest and we all contacted Jeff at Badger, we could make it happen.

That only gets us to 5 or 6 boxes. 10 more to go. Any other 5x7 shooters out there using up film?

Ok, here is the deal. $152/100 sheet box shipped direct from a supplier in NY, 6-10 week turnaround on shipping. Minimum order is 10 boxes. Please PM me and I can pass on contact details for the supplier. 10 boxes is the goal, I will stretch to 4 if I have to.

Delta 100 is one of the nicest films around and the price is good. It may not be a stock film but group buys seem to fly on a regular basis, so its safe to get used to it. Scans beautifully and also makes very nice analog alt prints. You are mad not to jump on a couple of boxes.

3 people have PM'd me and I have forwarded contact details for the supplier. We have reached 10 boxes already so if you all make contact and pay its happening.

Anyone else interested? You cant even get 100 sheets of shanghai to the states for that price.

    Thanks
    David

Re: 5x7 Delta 100 Group Buy

Ilford will commence their annual special 2012 ULF production this coming this coming Friday. According to Simon Galley they will offer Delta 100 Pro in six sizes, including 5x7. You can read about it over on APUG:

    http://www.apug.org/forums/forum37/1...facture-2.html

in post #11. The actual pre-announcement is in the first post in that thread. This program allows you to buy just one box, no need for a special group buy.

There's no mention of pricing, if history holds it will appear in Friday's announcement.

I just may have to buy some to see what all the fuss is about...
