Mine came in a very nice, full-synch Rapax (Graflex) shutter.

It looks Like you need either a Rapax #3 or Alphax #3. Either one should be available in Synch/Synchromatic shutter. Wollensak made them w/ and w/out so make sure when you locate the proper size it is synched.
See for yourself and I hope this helps.

Rapax and Alphax shutters have different dimensions and threads, so be careful what you buy. To me looking for an Alphax (or Betax) would be a safer bet than a Rapax/Graphex, but this is extrapolation: I've had a few of the 15" versions and they all screwed straight into an Alphax/Betax (#4 in that case) (once you remove the tiny grub screws that secure the barrel).
[I still own a 15"; it is probably my favourite longish 5x7" lens.]

Consider a Sinar Shutter - Mine has altered the whole way I work with LF phot' and migrates between 5x4" and 10x8" Sinars and a 10x8" Tacky Hara
Some lenses need snouty lens boards, but once that is done life becomes easy

For the Tacky Hara I have adapted the bellows to be removable on the front standard to allow the SS to be placed behind the front standard for centre of gravity considerations, and it looks better
Frustrating, it seem that the Wollensak Telephoto 10" model won't fit in Rapax #3... maybe it's just the newer versions of the Raptar. Because the older looking ones, labelled still Raptar look exactly same as mine, which is not yet labelled as Raptar but just as telephoto. I'w seen some newer looking Raptars that has different looking barrels.
The barrels came in burnished/matt black and brushed chrome versions. I've had both in the 15" focal length. Both went into an Alphax, not a Rapax. My feeling is that the barrel versions were made of Alphax/Betax shutters (#3 for the 10", #4 for the 15" lenses), but don't take that as gospel. Also note that there are f4.5 and f5.6 versions of the 10" lens; perhaps the f5.6 was made to fit the Rapax, dunno.

I bought one. Maybe, the one you missed
So, this lens would fit in Alphax #3 - f3,5 shutter?
