    Linotype-Hell scanner

Hello! First time posting and I hope someone can help me. We have a Topaz2 scanner that runs on a Powermac G4 933 1GB RAM. The old mac died so I built this one. OS 9.2.2, Linocolor 6, Photoshop 7. The scanner is connected via SCSI and the mac shows it in the "hardware list" When I try and scan something from Linocolor the options are grayed out?? Being a MS person I'm not to familiar with this old version of Mac OS, but I'm pretty sure it does see the scanner. If anybody knows anyway I can test this or can point me in the right direction I would be soooooo grateful! Please feel free to contact me in anyway!

    Thanks,

There is a hi end scanning group on Yahoo that can probably answer your question. It looks like no one has seen it here.
