Softfocus lensRodenstock Imagon 17 cm f5.4

There is an auction of this lens here in Sweden atm. This is the second time I have seen this very lens listed. My Google technique does seem to fail me to find out what lens this is, what filmformat it is for. I kind of suspect 9x12, but I am not sure. Any wizards here that can help out and get me some details?

As you can see, this is too small for large format.
I have bought from this seller in the past, but he has reverted to "try and get as much as possible for it, regardless of number of listings necessary" antics.
Wait a few months and he will come down to realistic levels - if you need this size.
