Need dimension of a KMV 8x10 camera

hey all,

found a nice case for sale that should fit a KMV I'm intending to purchase, but just wanted to check the outside dimensions to see if the case will work.

Need total width(including focus/lock knobs(little brown ones that drive rear standard), height(including handle), and depth.

also, what's the dimension of the Kodak factory 5x7 back? Most important would be DEPTH(thickness). I'd like to be able to squeeze a 4x5 or 5x7 back in there with the camera, if size permits.

Mine is 13 1/2 x 12 3/8 x 4 1/4.

The factory 5x7 back is 12 x 12 x 1 3/16.

What case are you looking at? I ended up getting this case, it holds the camera, meter, and some other accesories. I have a separate case for lenses and film holders.

Hey Greg,

I got this one here from JB Harlin:

It's pretty much a perfect fit IMO, just enough room to put the camera + the 4x5 or 5x7 back in behind the camera body, and have some room to store a few small things in with the camera body(such as 1-2 lenses). Mine are mounted on Toyo/Canham 110x110 boards, so less room than 6x6 boards in the bag.
