Please post photos of home made enlarger table.

    I have a LPL 4500II enlarger.

I want to make a table so I could print up to 20x24 size.

As the current baseboard could only handle a 16x20 easel, I am thinking of making the table as part of baseboard.

Then I will mount the column to the frame of the table so I could add the height needed to make up to 20x24 prints.

    Greatly appreciated.

You might consider mounting the column to the wall instead of baseboard.

I have seen this and am going to do it myself soon. On your base board directly below the lens cut out a square 8 x 10 or 10 x 12 inches. Now glue some small strips of wood to the under side of the base board so the piece you just cut out can be put back but is removeable. With this piece removed you can project all the way to the floor for really large enlargements or put it in place for smaller ones. The one I saw worked great. Dale

Another vote for the wall mounting. If possible, it`ll make your life easier.
