Followup to my Durst L1200 CLS501 power supply panic

Where did you end up getting your L1200?

It was in a kijiji.ca ad, from Montreal. In my searches, I found one in Hamilton, and Calgary also. There was also one being given away (FREE !!!) in San Francisco, and I was talking to the owner for help to ship it to Ottawa, but I am so glad I found the Montreal one.

A suggestion, if I may...
Turn it on for a few minutes, then turn it off and let it sit overnight before you use it.
This will serve to dry it out if it was stored in a damp area, thus avoiding potential problems.
