Its film name and also name of manufacturer. I remember it from ye old days of shooting 135mm.. Svema and Tasma used to be film manufacturers in old USSR. They made film for everything, from movie industry to aero-photography. I think at least one of them is still semi-alive (i was offered some freshly expired Tasma's 8x10 / 5x7 about year ago).
