Greetings From North Yorkshire - er - that's in England

Hi everyone.

I'm Pixelda and been operating cameras since the 1960's - I know, a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away. About ten years ago I came back into photography, using a small digital camera, and for over four years now, a Canon 1Ds Mk III and (mostly) TSE lenses (24/45/90).

I am a semi-pro, selling images and putting on workshops now and then. Been lucky to work with Joe Cornish and put on a show with him in 2011. I also judge at camera clubs and international salons.

Now forget the above hype as I start out (again) with film. This time a scondhand Ebony 45SU with Rodenstock Grandagon 90, 150S, and Symmar APO 210 lenses. Film will be mainly RVP50 and Provia 100.

Thank you all for your kind welcome.

I am off to Scotland during February with my two camera bags (one analogue and one digital) packed pretty much the same. A camera, three lenses, a set of Lee filters, and polariser.

If conditions don't suit film, I'll take the digital bag and vice-versa

The SilverFx V8 software is installed which makes the V750 scanner a little better at getting film into the computer.

It's now a case of getting out there and doing it. To be honest, with several years of using Canon TSE lenses, front adjustments are much the same. It's only rear tilt that's new to me.
I also need to work out my exposure limits for each film I use, for which the Scotland trip should be useful.
