    I have sold to 0% feedback buyers and very low % positive feedback buyers plenty of times with no problems at all.

    If it's an expensive item I would insure it and pay the little extra for signature confirmation.

    Your best bet is get delivery confirmation, signature too if the value is over $250. Insure your package as well. If its broken or claimed to be broken, you are covered.

    Other than that, trust. I have sold to many 0 feedback buyers and, knock on wood, haven't had a problem yet. In fact, I love 0 feedback buyers because they are still learning all about ebay and tend to be enthusiastic about the process.
