How to buy a Jobo 2509 reel?

I'm looking for a Jobo 2509 reel but it looks like no retailer has it for sale. Where can I purchase it? Thanks

Place a WTB ad in the For Sale section, and be patient; one will turn up here eventually.
    Try eBay in the meantime.

You didn't mention where you are located so this may not be of much help, but Fotoimpex in Germany has 2509n reels in stock.

Also available in Germany for same price here:
    http://www.lumiere-shop.de/index.php...oduct&info=609

BTW you know that customers outside the EU don't have to pay the VAT.

The shipping can be done with insured and registered letter for ~€10 worldwide
(the reel comes in a small box that fits into a parcel that is so small that it's allowed to send as letter).

This is a great deal if the company in question will ship to the US and drop the VAT. I've had issues getting companies to drop the VAT at times.

Maybe with used items there're other regulations. But for new items the case is clear
and so it is stated by this shop.
From the website of lumiere-shop.de (translated from german with machine translator):

    "international deliveries

We are happy to also supply customers abroad.

For international deliveries we charge, however, always the associated shipping costs. Payment can be made only by prepayment.

    For EU countries

The customer pays our shop price, including VAT, but for him no longer the value added tax in his country. The German VAT can only be put into print, if we receive the orders, the ID number of the purchaser.

    For non-EU countries

The prices are reduced by the current VAT, it is levied on imports from Customs for the VAT.

Of customs and administrative reasons, it is generally impossible to create us, unfortunately, a declaration of origin on Shipping Costs

The other problem is that the shipping costs will be much higher than €10.
I fear they want to ship as parcel and not with letter.
I guess the point is that they want a bullet proof confirmation of delivery.
That's the same problem we have here when we want to purchase a little item e.g. from B&H
and the shipping cost with UPS is higher than the purchase price

If there's interest I can call them and ask if they send this with letter.

If you're in the US, eBay. They come up pretty often.

Personally I would rather buy from Ebay, the link you provide is rather non descript, like the person running it is scared to let you know who they are.
At least on Ebay you have buyer protections.
