Hello, I am looking for a field service manual for my Scanmate 11000 (not the operator's manual).
I have one for my 5000 and it is a very valuable source for repair.

I know that BlackPoint Editions uses an 11000. You might be able to contact Walker or Nathan and politely ask for some help tracking one down.

I am sorry but I cannot help you with your Scanmate 11000 but I am desperately trying to get a hold of the field service manual for the 5000. Is there any way I could get a copy from you? I live in the USA.I can send along an e-mail or address.
