Re: how much dust is acceptable

I recently started wiping my film cassettes with an Ilford antistaticum before loading film. A lot of LFP books recommend using a brush to clear out the cassettes but an old grayback LFP suggested this will actually charge the cassettes and he suggested I should use the Antistaticum.
I haven't been doing it long enough to see if my dust problem has diminished. Anybody else does this?

Re: how much dust is acceptable

I have noticed that I get significantly more dust with images done in Grafmatics than in regular DDs even though I try to be careful.
