As the risk of sounding like an old fart here, though its not perfect, I just use my hands. Thumbs touching is a 4x5 frame, a full thumb to pinky spread from my nose is a 210-index finger length away is a 90. One less thing to carry around. KISS for me.

But I've got short arms so can only go up to 150mm :-)
