    Burke & James Orbit Monorail 4x5 Camera Manual

    As a complete newbie to large format I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the manual for a Burke & James Orbit Monorail they could possible scan and send a copy?

    It is quite a good camera, it looks like the Calumet 4x5 (original not Cambo) and is in fact a copy of the original Kodak 4x5 Master view, but was rejected by the government because it wasn't built to "milspecs". There were about 400 of them although some parts were interchanged in order to make different versionsl. They work like any other monorail view camera (I worked for the original Calumet and was BP of B&J).

    When new the Calumet was 89.95, the Orbit was 135.00, and the Cambo was 165.00.
