    Removing Tacks from Bellows

Is there an easy way to get the tacks out of an old bellows frame? I was going to use a fine screwdriver or hard knife to lever them out. Come to think of it a sharp chisel may be a good way of levering them out. Ideas?

If there is enough metal to grab, I have used wire cutters -- squeezing them just enough to bite into the metal, then pulling the tacks out.

A thin, rigid blade under the bellows to start them, leave them in the bellows until you get the bellows free of the camera and just push them out
The ones I'm familiar with use tapered tacks and once loosened practically fall out.

Thanks for that. Will try the blade under the bellows.
