Carl Weese drive-ins project Kickstarter campaign

Some of you may be familiar with Carl Weese's long-running project on American drive-in theaters:

Carl is now trying to raise enough money to complete the project before the ongoing forced conversion to digital drives too many more of the remaining theaters out of business. So he's launched a Kickstarter campaign:

Disclaimer: I have no financial stake in the project.* But Carl's a good friend. I'd be thrilled to see him complete this project, and I have the ulterior motive of wanting to see the rest of the drive-in pictures he'll make if given the chance.

I have seen several of the photos. The ones I saw were Pt/Pd contact prints from 8x10 and 12x20 negatives, typical of Carl's high level of quality.
