Did the sky really blow out or was it just obscured by clouds that moved during the 3 mins? Seems to me the tone on the sky in pic4 is about the same as the clouds in pic 3.

I would sure like to see your color results, I have been shooting the same 8x10 film on the north end of your state.
It would be fun to see someone else's results.
With a little selective tonal adjustment, the clouds have some pretty good texture.Originally Posted by jonreid
