I guess I now join the throng. Ken did a shutter repair for me some years back and I was satisfied. Now he has a back (eBay purchase, paid in August 2003) and my V8 with a reducing back. Been a year with no action, he is now ignoring telephone, email, and a certified letter. I am preparing legal action, and would like to hear either from those who were successful with litigation, or folks who would consider pooling efforts with me to increase the impact and reduce the cost of litigation.
