File a slot in the lens board and let the screw do its job, that is to stop the lens rotating when you screw everything together.

And here is my test shot. Lens is very sharp, and even the corners look good. It was interesting to overlay the same shot on 8x10 (I used my reducing back on my Wehman to first make the 4x5, then an 8x10). The area of illumination does extend past the 4x5 frame but after about 5mm beyond it would not be sharp enough. So only wiggle room on this for movements. No worries as this will be used on the Wanderlust.
