Question Mounting lens - help, please!

So, I've got a 210mm Schneider in a Copal shutter & want to mount it in a lensboard. I know I have to remove the rear element, but am unsure how to do it. Please help. Thanks.

That video shows you everything you need to do.

    One suggestion...
Open the diaphragm (aperture) all the way, and move the preview lever to open the shutter blades.
This protects both sets of blades so you won't accidentally hit them with the screwdriver or your finger.

If you believe you can, or you believe you can't... you're right.
