Looks like the 89.7 would be closest.

I need to either find a cam to work with a 178mm f2.8 Aero Ektar Lens or someone who can fabricate one for me.
SK Grimes told me they can't do it.
Where can I go?
How would I get the specs for this (Graflex Part # 88 for 178mm lens) so I could have a machinist make one for me?

Frankly, I am surprised and a little shocked that SK Grimes can't do it. (Or maybe won't?)
They may...talked to them again.. But I need a backup plan, too.
