    I think the Gossen Digisix or Digiflash are excellent incident meters for BTZS. They are tiny, inexpensive, and give EV readings. The Digiflash model obviously has a flash metering mode also.

    I agree with dsim. Beautiful Image. But I have to ask a question. You have done so many many beautiful images in the past with your old system, whatever that exactly was. So if it wasn't broken are you still trying to fix it?

    ======

    BTZS presumes 7 stop brightness range for roll film and recommends developing time accordingly.

    Can the negatives after development fit on Grade 2 paper with good tonal separation? Disregarding SBR. Provided negatives are exposed for shadows(Incident reading: Dome facing the camera and -1 EV).

    Sure, it can fit. The steepness of the curve is what controls how much straight prints.

    Placement is a separate issue.

    I don't think the goal is to fit to Grade 2 paper, except for the scenes that are 7 stops (give or take flare), but the goal is to use paper grade changes to accommodate the different frames of the roll.
