A very nice thread it was, Ari. Let's hope this one attracts some more nice images, too. Do you have any more to share?

I agree Jay! (sorry my English is not good)
I'm fashion's photographer six years ago.
At least here in Brazil there are few who still maintains large format.
The fashion photography requires quick delivery of images, but I conquered a space, I can still use some work in large format.

Thanks, Jay; I'm a little thin on LF fashion shots these days, as my project is on hold until I return to Paris to finish it.
Meantime, the few fashion shoots I get leave no time for playing with the big toys.

Ari, I hope you get back to Paris soon, and resume your project. Despite my first post in this thread, which was made in good humor, I have no issues with fashion-y images that don't seem to be selling anything specific. What I love most about fashion photography is not the garments (which I also love), but the mood created in the best fashion photographs. I like David Lynch's forays into fashion and advertising very much. I guess what I'm getting at is that if you post some images that don't look like catalog shots, I promise I won't make any more dumb jokes.

Daniel, I hardly ever shoot color, preferring black and white. But this beautiful image that you have created has given me inspiration to work with color.
