    Problems Staying Logged In

Yesterday and today I started having a problem where if I close my browser and re open it a bit later I find that I have been logged out and have to log back in. Yes I do check the keep me logged in box but it does not matter. This started intermittently yesterday afternoon and now today it happens each time I close the browser.

    Any thoughts?

Which browser, OS, and skin are you using, Scott? Tom will need to look into the issue, but having those details will help.

In the interim, I'd suggest minimizing your browser, rather than closing it. The default no-activity time-out was 30 minutes, I believe, but that might have changed with the new version.

With the old version I never had to log in unless I cleared everything manually in my browser which I did not do very often. I have re-checked my browser settings to make sure something was not changed.

Check your cookies setting for those you remove when you log out. This forum uses cookies for the login id and password. You have to either not clear them (manually or automatically when you close the browser) or set them to keep with a cookie manager. I had the same issue until I set to keep them until I manually remove them.

Have you checked the "Remember Me" box where you log in?

The problem has cured its self somehow, I have not had to log in at all this week.
