There is a repair manual floating around the internet. Graflex.org ?/ Which may or may not be useful depending on your mechanical abilities and the backs problem
There is also Fred Lustig in Reno.
There is also Bert Saunders (great knowledge) but I dont believe he does repairs anymore. He may however be able to help out via e-mail. You should be able to find his info at graflex.org.

Why not ask SK Grimes? They've done upgrades to the springs.

you might check out zacks camera repair in prov ri.
he fixes all sorts of things, and if he needs parts
he machines them right there in his shop.
