Hey, is that The Presideo in the BG? Looks like it "might" have been shot around 12th and Cabrillo? No?

I am on Lake and 12th.

Must have been a bitch touching up all those wires.

Studio shot with 4X5 FP4+. Kimi is a great gal and a good friend, but had a hard time sitting still enough for a longer exposure. After printing this I did a partial bleach and toned in Carbon toner and selenium. The scan looks a bit yellow, but the print is a very soft coffee and cream tone.

In the first photo, it might have been helpful for you to move to the left - or have the subject step to her left. It would have placed her in front of the wall, instead of the door and other items. The image would look more dimensional that way.

IMHO, the second photo is more effective in that regard: more coherent, intimate, handsome.
    Hi Ken,

I agree. I was in a rush and wasn't really paying attention. Also using a new camera which always throws a wrench in the works. It does remind me a bit of one of these not-particularly-well composed Bain News Service pictures that are on flickr via the Library of Congress though:

I managed to delete the other one while futzing with it. So, have to post it again. Sorry!

I like this, the cross processing works really well here.
