Technika age, please

I have just purchased a well-used Technika with serial number 63226. Can anyone give me an approximate manufacturing date for this body? Thanks for your help.

There is a long thread on Linhof serial numbers with Bob providing the information.
Do a search for "linhof serial" and you should be able to find it. First effort should be to use the search option before posting as some get a little cranky about going over well travelled ground.

hey there is a thread here "Linhof Serial Numbers" and just looking at a 4x5 Technika IV #65154 =1958
Bob Salomon - HP Marketing is the man with Linhof Serial Numbers he will get it right
but it looks like the mid 1950s
but you can look at "Linhof Serial Numbers" you mite find one closser
