I recently purchased a 45AII. It arrived without the tripod bushing. I am unable to determine th thread size on the camera. Measuring with an inside caliper I get almost 1/2 inch but I am thinking that the thread size is actually 5/8. Can anyone confirm this for me and point me where I can obtain one. The Toyo website does not list anything.
Should be 3/8", most qr plates are avail in that size too, or just get the 1/4" bushing.
My 45A has a round chrome plate, about 1 1/2" diameter, with a 1/4 -20 tripod hole in it. It has a round vinyl circle covering the screws that hold this round plate to the body. Are you missing this chrome plate, or just the threaded insert, or is there a 3/8" insert and you want a 1/4" insert?Originally Posted by catalinajack

B&H has a tripod screw bushing listed on their website.
Not sure it's the one you need, but worth looking into.
Call the number below and ask for parts. Tell them you need a schematic for the AII and you will be able to get the exact part number from that. Cheapest route from my experience.
