    Auto-shutoff for print washers?

    Hey,

Somewhere I saw an auto-shutoff thingy for print washers. The idea was that it kept students from washing their prints for hours and hours and hours.

I believe it had 2 buttons: RC (which allowed a 5-minute wash) and Fiber (which allowed a 45-minute wash).

Anyone have a suggestion of who made em?

I looked online and found stuff for garden hoses. These aren't too bad but I'd rather be able to set the times and keep students from "thinking."

    Thanks

I have a Home Depot solenoid valve connected to a GraLab. Good for up to an hour.

Harbor Freight Tools has a no battery wind up thing that is, indeed, meant for garden hoses. But since the connector on my Zone VI washer fits perfectly, it works well. I think it was $12 but maybe less.

There are timers available for use with garden hoses, to limit the amount of time your lawn is watered.

I expect one of these would be ideal.

If you believe you can, or you believe you can't... you're right.
