Flatiron is good. For E-6 sheet film, I like Modernage, which will take work by mail (www.modernage.com). If I'm not in a hurry, I'll use A&I mailers for rollfilm, which are just as good as the New York pro labs at less cost. A&I's sheet film processing prices are similar to New York prices, so for that I go local.
