Brett Weston Exhibition/San Francisco

Scott Nichols has announced the opening of a Brett Weston centennial exhibition at his San Francisco gallery. Scott has an excellent collection of Brett's work.

Dates are November 3, 2011 to December 31, 2011.

For anyone near the area, it's so worth the trip. There were ~40 images spanning almost his entire career and from most of his portfolios: San Francisco, New York, 10/15/20 photographs, Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, Europe, Portraits of my father, and Abstraction 1 & 2. The exhibit is probably the next best thing to the Brett Weston: Out of the Shadow retrospective.
