Linhof Master Technika bellows care

Hi, I have the current model Linhof Master Technika. I was wondering it the bellows need any extra care from time to time. They don't look like being made of leather (more like a rubberised texture).

All the Master Technikas I have owned never seemed to need any extra bellows attention.
all I would ever do is;
regularly brush out the pleats for dust etc picked up when in the field.
I would also not leave the camera closed for extended periods of time, and would from time to time, open and extend the bellows.
