My newest lens is Mawson&Swan Newcastle RR 7x5 with waterhouse stop, but no waterhousesSeems that they were some kind of camera makers and had lenses manufactured by some other factory. Who made lenses for them? Do anybody know?

Everybody has photograph memory, some just do not have film
Not a camera/lens maker - just the local Pharmaceutic business.
Mawson blew himself up on the local moors in the 1860's! But the widow remained a sleeping partner for many years. Plenty of info available through Google.
