I don't think Disney Corp would ever do anything more than demand he take his images off-line and promise to be a good boy from then on. Mark is intelligent enough to make a mini media shit-storm (many here and on other forums will help him) if Disney were to seek fiscal reimbursement. No major company wants to be made to look like a big mean bully because bad publicity hurts their bottom line.

Unfortunately, Disney has behaved badly in the past. If their corporate shitweasels saw the ones of Tink with her head in the toilet they'd probably have a hemmorhage.
