Differences between the Toyo 810GII and 810G? And possible VX125 conversion

Just wondering what the differences are between the new Toyo 810GII and the older 810G.

Also, I currently have a Toyo VX125. Is it possible to use the rear standard from the 810G on the VX125?

Black finish and rubber-covered knobs and rail caps are the only differences between G and GII cameras. VX125 cannot be converted to 8X10 as far as I know.

So not much of a difference at all, I thought that I've read or had someone tell me that it was possible to do. Although I haven't been able to find any definite answers online and I'm still waiting on a call back from someone at MAC group.
