A very sweet lens. Sour subject.

Keep 'em comin. I've got a bunch to get scanned and posted.
He did not look that serious the whole time we were there . Trying to have that NY look now I have two things to grin about .

Anybody who sees this photo will know immediately that Eddie is the sophisticated scholarly type. A sage among sage brush.

    Jim,
I like the first soft one, it's quite different from the sharp one. It's definitely has the mood! You are the most efficient here. I realize there is a lot of work behind the scene after the workshop.
Eddie, nice to have you here in Tonopah for showing the wet plate process and good luck to everyone with the neg processing.

What a great job! Thanks so much for letting us in on your secrets. This was so impressive. I'd love to see the results of the negative with greater exposure!

This is always the way ... this is the pinhole shot I was holding out the most hope for ... but with shooting into the sun and my relative inexperience with my 4x5 pinhole ........ well I almost saved this in Photoshop but could never print it in silver ... guess I'm committed to coming back next year to re-shoot it:

I will develop my first batch of negatives tonight and can't wait to see them. What a great time I had with everyone!
