This weekend is World Wetplate Day http://www.wetplateday.org/ , a day when people all over the world shoot wetplate collodion. It started out small, to honor the inventor, and has grown each year.
Anyone who shoots a plate that day can post it to the website. In past years a print on demand book has also been published with everyone's plates.
