I would like to know if anyone can identify this photo (photograph)

it shows a view over Prague, dimentions 28,5 x 23 cm (11'2 x 9' inch), paper Gravura Mimosa.
(to me) it looks very much like a work of Josef SUDEK, but I am not sure, I havent found anything about it, even the style, technic etc. looks familiar.

anyone got an idea? I am thankfull for any answer.
