Do you think they time the run to coincide with tax return season? Good thinking! No income is so disposable as that which has been taken away, and then returned. Alaska businesses have found many creative ways to capture Permanent Dividend Fund monies. I would like to lay away some HP5+ in 14x17 and 11x14, and 10x12, to supplement the X-Ray films in those formats, but the reality is that I'll probably have to make do with the X-ray stuff, unless I'm the recipient of a grant, or the generosity of some as yet unknown benefactor.
