Camdynamics - some interesting software

Some interesting software debuted at MacWorld:



Camdynamics



It is designed to "fix" lens distortions and light falloff, particularly with wide-angle lenses.



It has some interesting LF-specific capabilities, including profiles for some LF lenses.



It looks like distortions (pincushion, barrel) and light falloff are lumped together into one profile for each lens. The corrections are localized across the lens.



750 Euros plus another 300 Euros for a testchart to make your own profiles.

Nothing really new. They showed this several years ago at the NY PhotoEast Show. They also are supposed to have a very adnaced, modular viewcamera system that they showed in prototype form about 6 or 8 years ago at Photokina.
