    Worst Photographic Buzzword

So, what's the absolute worst photographic bogeyman? You know, the buzzword people talk about all the time and fear, but has little if any relationship to actual photography.

I know we could all rattle off 1000 digital buzzwords, so let's limit it to terms that might spill out of an analog LF photographer's mouth.

How about sharp. Nobody much knows that that means, based on how they demonstrate it. The non-sequitur is that many will think money spent achieves it and then apply appalling technique with their new toy. They will then sing the praises of said pricey item to all who ask, using low-res monitor displays as proof. Those who routinely achieve it through good technique, using modest equipment, seem to be a more quiet lot.

Haha, oh I'm so sorry I posted the poll before I saw this. "Sharpness" truly has to be the king.

I'll second the "bokeh". Jargon always annoys me.

    Photoshop.

It seems many people confuse computer graphics with photography.

    They're not even distantly related.

Hmm. I'm not sure how to think about my 8x10 scans now, or the 40x50 prints they made.

Hey, I wonder what I should call the stuff I make using sentences in Microsoft Word. "Computer text?"
