Nice work, can we get some detail on the contact print you made? I am curious about the paper used.
Questions and comments are always welcome

    Re: Paper negatives

Thank you. The negative is Ilford MGIV Satin cut down to 4x5, and the contact print is Arista VC RC Pearl-for no other reason than it's what I had at the time. I use Ilford Multigrade developer. I contact print emulsion to emulsion in an 8x10 contact printing frame. The black border is from a cardboard frame I made which sits on top of the glass of the contact printing frame. It is slightly larger than a 4x5 negative and gives me a thin, 3/16" or so black border around my 4x5 contact prints. With the extra amount of light needed for a paper negative, and since the cardboard frame sits on top of the glass, the thin border bled out wider than it does with a contact print from a negative.

Oh, and I forgot to add, the paper negative was rated around ASA 6, and preflashed for about one second with a 7w nightlight bulb held about seven feet away. On the camera I had a yellow filter, and a lens hood that caused the vignetting.

Shot the negative with a Polaroid 110a on Kodak Kodabrome II grade 4 then scanned for reversal.
