    I have tried with cyanotypes and it can work (long exposure of course..)

    i'm not really sure, unless you use it for "lumen printing" ...
    and then if your subject is a plant, and sweats
    and the paper sweats ... and their sweat co-mingles a weak hypo fix will work
    but if you don't ... and your subject is a negative or something else
    the result is more of an "unfixable stain" that fades to white when fixed
    or to grey when scanned or left in a dark drawer ...
    sometimes unfixeable images are fun ...

    Took these photos with some very old paper and developed it with some dodgy chems. Graphlex 4x5, f4.5, 1/2s, ISO 6.

    I know the imperfections would bother some people but I love it. It creates effects that is unexpected and something you can never recreate with a digital camera.

    I'm going to be trying this....think it looks fun and worth a try. learning my 8x10 and it will help to do some quick result type images like this - the figuring out iso is something I'll have to work at.
