The new Portra 400 should be out, or coming out. Don't know about the old formula NC/VC, which may be available here and there.

The old 400NC/VC films are discontinued but the new Portra 400 is still scarce. I assume some dealers wanted to sell out of the old stuff before ordering the new film. Not sure why Kodak isn't getting the new film out to dealers faster.
Last week I bought 10 boxes from Freestyle and seven from Unique Photo in NJ. That was all both stores had in stock but both expected more soon.
It's a great film, definitely worth waiting for!
