LF Gathering in Düsseldorf, Germany February 12, 2011

We meet with some people in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Date is February 12, 2011 on saturday early afternoon.

If someone is coincidently a few steps from here at that time,
just drop in. Expert or just a beginner, doesn't matter.
We do photographing and talk about what future projects we want
to do, such as workshops, shooting at locations or darkroomwork.

There will be warm food and traditionally fresh brewed Altbier from the barrel

For the workshops we have the idea that it could be a kind
of learning from each other,
organized together with all participants and no fees.
We think it' s a little bit more fun to meet personally.

So, if someone can come along, just write me a PM.

Hi,

probably Füchschen Altbier, it's made in the small brewery "Im Füchschen"
in the Altstadt and very good

Mostly we drink the international dishwasher spill they call bear ! But there are also tiny micro breweries that produce their fine handmade ales ! But yet no Kölsch or Alt!

Will there be any meeting/workshop in the eastern part of Germany? Bayern oder Sachsen?

Oh, that's bitter...

Seriously, I would exchange our Altstadt and Altbier for the icelancic landscape
without hesitating one second

Hi,

I heard nothing about meetings in this region the next time.
In Vienna (Wien ) are periodical meetings for anlogue photography.
Just google "Analog Treffen Wien 28.1.2011".

Just enter the german speaking largeformat forum www.gffoto.de
and ask if there's interest to organize something together with
peole from Czech Republic. Maybe Prague, Dresden or Munich would be a fine location.

It's a little bit quiet here, even the LF folks from Berlin
are not so busy with meetings in the moment.
