    ETA: n/m, I did just find the answer on the BH site: 33.02 x 33.02 x 15.24cm
Interesting that they show identical width and length dimensions. I measured mine for you before I saw your n/m and zipper to zipper it was about 14 inches long and 12 inches wide. I don't do centimeters so I don't know how that translates to B&H's numbers but apparently mine has either shrunk or grown over the years (most likely shrunk, like me).

Anyone have experience with F64 AND Photobackpacker gear ? Looking for a solution for a 7x17, couple of holders and probably one lens (305 G Claron).

    thanks,

Fred, I use the Photobackpacker for my 4x5 and 5x7 setups. I have yet to try the 8x10 in it, but it should not be an issue.
I might actually use this bag for all 3 formats unless I travel with all three and need the extra bag for the 8x10 plus lenses. The F64 can handle only three of my five lenses.

    Thanks Michael and Doug,

F64 sounds to small for the 7x17 unfortunately. I'm close to getting the P2 as the modularity for different formats would very useful for me since I'm not at the point of hauling all toys out on trips. Yet

Thats the XL f64 backpack for 8x10,, I have one and just a year or two after I purchaced it the shoulder strap came unsewn and detached where it meets the bag.

I now carry it with one strap over my shoulder and hold the other over my shoulder w/ my left hand for long hikes..

I wouldn't recommend them but you get what you pay for

    Steve,
Same thing happened to mine, except I bought it that way, pretty inexpensive I might add. I have since restitched all the seams where the straps meet the pack but very conscious of possible failure.

    Joe,

Damn shame they couldn't make those areas more stable cause I believe they have potential to be a good pack ..

Photobackpacker. You could get away with their smaller pack for that kit.
