    gandolfi - i love the second one, great homage. What kind of print is that?

    bob - wonderful texture and brilliance. Same question, is that a silver print? Is that one of the series you were asking about a few weeks ago on apug, about bleaching before bleach/tone to get more brilliant highlights?

    I tried the bleach before toning, not really satisfied with what I got.
    This one I boosted the contrast to grade 4, multiple toned.
    Yes it is a silver print from negative.
    Also have been beta testing the new Harmon silver rag and it really is going to be a killer paper.

    By now I'm scraping the barrel. An illustration 'in style' on 4x5 Ektachrome with a lot af stocking.
