Rodenstock Lens worth and value

Is the Rodenstock 95mm f3.5 in Graflex shutter an acceptible WA lens for 4X5 vie w camera and if so would it be worth $160.00 in pristine condition?

I think it's an older 6X9cm press lens. I doubt if it will cover 4X5.

That's not a Wide Angle Lens and not intended for use with 4X5" format. SKG
